Shipping policy

All standard orders ship within 1-3 business days. We make every effort to ship orders as fast as possible. If your order is time sensitive please contact us so we can make arrangements to have it shipped sooner. 

All orders (Canadian, American, and International) are shipped via Chit Chats Canada. All our shipping options include tracking, however we do provide a cheaper letter mail option that has NO TRACKING (ideal for those who want to purchase 1-2 greeting cards).

 

The customer is responsible for all duties, taxes & applicable fees. 

Shipping Time

All estimates below are estimates only. Delays and/or disruptions may occur beyond our control. 

• Canada: 2-10 business days
• United States: 4-12 business days
• All Other International: 8-22 business days 

There may be carrier delays during the holiday seasons, so we suggest planning and placing your order ahead of time.
