Refund policy
We don't accept any returns or offer exchanges. However, we can accept returns only for store credit (the buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage and if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and/or the return will denied). We may also consider other methods depending on a case by case basis. Please contact us at info@shopamydesigns.com within 2 business days of receiving your item to initiate a store credit.
Please note that buyers cannot return items without approval from our team.
